In this picture, Germany is slower than an idiot but faster than another idiot. Also, the person behind Germany is... someone. Did you know? Ireland is supposed to be first but the idiot who drew this DIDN'T INCLUDE HIM!!! And France is behind! Well, Spain probably pied him many times.
